Please do your research when looking for a puppy, there are many fine breeders as well as not so great breeders!
Ask to see the pedigree of the puppy, as well as photos, ask about health issues and what sort of guarantee is offered.
Ask for references of your breeder, how old will the puppy be when I bring it home and will it have shots and be dewormed? How is this breed with children?
Just because a dog is registered does not mean you are getting a quality dog!
Registration is only as good as it's Breeder
You as a prospective new malamute owner should ask yourself the following:
Am I ready to take on the lifetime responsibility of owning a puppy?
Will this puppy fit into my lifestyle?
Do I have the time everyday to spend with my puppy?
Am I willing to train my puppy?
Am I willing to put up with the shedding and howling?
Will I do all I can to keep my puppy healthy?
Expect the breeder to follow up with you and your new puppy!
